STRATEGIC ADVICE
Drawing on our extensive public and private sector experience both in New Zealand and abroad, we provide strategic advice on successful project delivery including planning, procurement models, delivery strategies and implementation. Our philosophy is centred around setting projects up for success from the outset to ensure the very best outcomes for all parties. At Urban Outcomes we inherently understand risk and can review your project from a risk management perspective. We can also act as an independent member of a steering committee, providing experienced governance for all or part of your project’s duration.
ENGINEER TO THE CONTRACT/INDEPENDENT CERTIFIER
As Engineer to the Contract or Independent Certifier, Director Natasha Possenniskie acts as an independent representative, ensuring impartiality in the administration of the construction contract. Natasha’s experience across the roles of client, consultant, contractor and subcontractor makes her uniquely placed to approach any situation from a range of perspectives.
EQC CLAIMS
With specific expertise in the successful submission and management of EQC claims, we can assist you to navigate through the red tape. We understand the processes required to enable work to proceed and will work with EQC on your behalf to achieve the best results for all those involved.

The health, safety and wellbeing of the people we work with is a passion of ours. Health and safety management requires a team effort, so we focus on embedding a safety culture into our people, your people and the wider project team to ensure that everyone goes home safely at the end of every day. We believe that safety in design is an integral part of ensuring an asset is functional, safe to build, use and maintain and we are highly experienced at facilitating safety in design workshops to assist in achieving these outcomes.
